OSHA Outreach Training: 10‑Hour & 30‑Hour

OSHA 30‑Hour Construction

• Who it’s for: Supervisors, foremen, or Construction workers 
• Curriculum: All topics from more on cranes, steel structures, confined spaces, fire safety, ergonomics, and OSHA’s Focus Four in depth 
• Format: In Person includes quizzes and final exam, similar card process 
• Cost:  $ 250

NY State- or Local-Specific Training

Some states (like New York) require additional training paths—for instance, combining OSHA 10 or 30 courses fulfills NYC’s Site Safety Training (SST) card requirements under Local Law 196 .

How to Get Started

1. Decide whether you need the 10‑Hour (for entry-level) or 30‑Hour 
2. Register & complete the modules and pass required quizzes and the final exam.
